This is an important reminder about the free and reduced meal benefit program. Currently, the USDA extended waiver provides free meals to all students, regardless of eligibility. However, when the waiver runs out, KCPS will need to ensure free meals can be provided to students who qualify. All meal benefit applications from the previous school year will be expiring, and a new application must be completed. Don’t delay!
