CHESTERTOWN — The Kent County Free Laptop program provides free HP Chromebooks to any resident with income below 200% the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Residents who qualify can receive one device per household. Eligible households are also encouraged to enroll in the
Affordable Connectivity Program for discounted or free internet access.
The Connected Devices program, through the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, helps families better connect to school, jobs, and community with the use of a personal laptop.
